What is better for linkage of long scope to use the way ap-bridge or bridge, or to use nstreme? the linkage is in 5Ghz and some linkage of up to 20 Km.

At 20km suggest you use Nstreme, otherwise the ACK timing will really slow you down.
Be carefull wil CPU speed, for >24Mbps you need fast hardware
Features such as Nstreme, WEP etc all use CPU power - factor that in too.
Decent directional antennas, 20km probably means solid dishes
Careful with pigtails and choice of radio cards - cheap ones not a good idea.
