Hello.

Currently I am migrating from ubnt equipment to mikrotiks.

SXT’s are best replacement for nano stations/locos (http://www.ubnt.com/airmax/nanostationm/ )

But I can not understand now what mikrotik product I can use instead of Nano Bridge ?

I mainly use them as PtP (80%) and less as PmtP (20%) links at distances 7-12 km.
Price is also a very important issue.
Right now I think about Metal 5SHPn with grid antenna but this solution costs more and not so simple to install.

Can you point me please to the right equipment ?

There is a gap in the Mikrotik equipment for a cost comparative product. There is the QRT5, but around 80% more expensive than a powerbeam/nanobridge, it is also a panel antenna. My recommendation would be a basebox5 + Antenna. Still more expensive than a powerbeam/nanobridge, but depending on the antenna gain it can get faster speeds at longer distances.

Basebox have the same problem as metal - separate antenna (dish will be more expencive then grid BTW) so I will have difficulties with installation.
