6.12 bug - lost bridge config

Hi guys,

Occasionally lately, I’ll try to access a device on a particular VLAN connected to my Mikrotik (RB2011), and the bridge will have disappeared. This seems to be happening with more frequency lately.

Has anyone seen anything of the sort before? The bridge disappears, with it the interface, firewall rules, IP addresses, etc etc. The first time this happened it had renamed itself from ‘br-vlan201’ to ‘bridge2’. What the hell?

I can’t seem to find anything in the logs in relation to this.

Use netinstall and reload the router image and then reload the correct settings from an .rsc file or by manually but not a back-up file. That will probably clear up the problem.
