6.2 userman chrome error

I upgraded to 6.2 and now I cannot user chrome to access the userman.

I’m using Chrome on Windows7 and User Manager seems to work for me without any issues.
Please post your error that you got on Chrome with User Manager.

Note, that potential software problems should be reported to (support@mikrotik.com).

I sent two emails to support on this issue.

Still waiting for an answer from support here or via email. We cannot access userman using chrome or firefox.

Having the same issue :frowning:

ROS 6.2, Windows 7 using Chrome or Firefox produces the “session reset due to inactivity” popup.

SOLUTION: Open it with IE. it works for me.

ROS v6.18 it happening again when Im close browser without logoff … it stop when reboot router
