6.21rc22 to trigger kernel panic?

I upgraded a CCR from 6.13 to 6.21rc22 and the router started rebooting on its own every minute. Was able to see in the logs that the router rebooted itself due to a kernel error but had to quickly go back to a stable version (now 6.20) as it was a production router.

Anyone seen this on rc 22?

Please write to our support department following this description: http://www.mikrotik.com/support.html

Please do not forget to include supout file from latest version which is actually created after device has crashed.

Ok, we will have to wait until after hours again to repeat this exercise. There is only 60 seconds between crashes so I need to try to capture everything fast, upload the stable version and downgrade. I will try and email support when done.

What is the change log for this this build? Does it solve rb850gx2 issues? (mtu, vlan) ?

JF

My CCR1009 with 6.21rc22 produces 2-3 autosupout mails over the day (kernel crash). Next time i got them i send them to support.

Warning!

I just upgrade two CCR1036 to v6.21.1 and lost access to routers. They keep rebooting at each couple of seconds and never go back.
Only netinstall could solve the problem.
Email to support is on the way.

have you checked console output (via COM-port)?

Did you find a solution to this as I have a ccr that does this under load. If nothing is connected to its ports it is fine so something has to be triggering it.

Does it still happens with RouterOS v6.24?
