I’ve got an issue with 6.37.2 at RB951-2HnD.
There’re few thousands of them in my network.
Upgraiding to the version caused to misfunction hundreds (1-2% percent of total amount).
Generally, it have been working fine for weeks and suddenly crashes after reload.
The symptoms are partial or total OS destroying:
don’t load at all or don’t see some interfaces or any kind of crazy behavior.
Recover over netinstall makes it alive again.
I believe it is tied with certain filesystem problem.
Same thing with 6.37.5, I tried this after the issue detection.
My guess is partially proved by this:

I’d like to know from which version this problem starts and in which one it is complitely fixed.
What about 6.39rc80 - I’m afraid of using RC version in production.
