I just received a new hEX POE RB. I was able to get everything configured that i needed. The unit came with 6.36.4 (something like that) firmware. I started getting kicked out of the web interface and also Winbox with a error message of “Internal Server Error.” Not really sure how to troubleshoot this issue. All suggestions welcome.

I had “Internal Server Error” on a 6.3x unit as well.. It persisted after factory reset, and net install. I returned it to my Vendor and got a new one.
At first it didn’t happen for 30 minutes, then after config’ing it, it started to happen consistently every 30 seconds. I set logging to log to disk so log entries would persist over reboots. I saw something about kernel failure. For me, it was just a bad unit. The replacement was fine.
