What was the reason for removing priority?
Is there another feature that can achieve the same functionality? ( order of NAT bypass rules? )
From the Wiki:
Warning: policy order is important starting form v6.40. Now it works similar as firewall filters where policies are executed from top to bottom (priority parameter is removed).
IPsec policies still has their respected priorities, just that the behaviour is made similar as Firewall rules (policies table is an ordered list now) - in Winbox you can sort policies by dragging and dropping them.
