6.41rc +ZTE ME3630 + GPS

Hello
Internet with ZTE LTE module ME3630 is working fine on a RB912 with 6.41cr38.
Now i’m trying to make the GPS work.
After plugging the passive GPS antenna and setiing the following Init commands

AT+ZGINIT // init GPS
AT+ZGPSR=1 // enable positioning
AT+ZFIXRATE=5,5 // set 5-measures row at 5 secs interval
AT+ZGRUN=2 // run the GPS

i get the following output

+ZGPSR: 140307.000,4848.8734N,00227.5253E,1.8,100.7,2,197.42,0.0,0.0,101017,19

+ZGPSR: 140312.000,4848.8734N,00227.5253E,1.8,100.7,2,197.42,0.0,0.0,101017,19

+ZGPSR: 140316.000,4848.8734N,00227.5253E,1.8,100.7,2,197.42,0.0,0.0,101017,19

+ZGPSR: 140320.000,4848.8734N,00227.5253E,1.8,100.8,2,197.42,0.0,0.0,101017,20

+ZGPSR: 140323.000,4848.8734N,00227.5253E,1.8,100.8,2,197.42,0.0,0.0,101017,19

So the GPS part seems to work.
Then I installed the GPS package , rebooted, enabled etc.. but the /system gps monitor command stays silent, no data is displayed. I think that the GPS package can’t parse ZTE GPS output, will this be fixed on the 6.41 release or am I going the wrong way?

Hi

You used wrong init. You have to see GPGGA, GPGSV, GPGLL and not ZGPSR.

Indeed, idn’t see the NMEA commands at the end of the AT reference guide, thanks.
With GGA display it works.
Thanks for reply

So for the records:

/system serial-terminal usb1
AT+ZGINIT // init
AT+ZGFIXRATE=10000,1 // "endless" fixes , 1 per second
AT+ZGNMEA=1 // Set NMEA GGA output
AT+ZGRUN=2 // Run the fixes

Is this config working for you with the ZTE ME3630-E?
I cannot send AT+ZGNMEA=1 cmd because I got an Error or missing, because AT+ZGNMEA? also not working.
Other commands get OK reply.
But I cannot receive any data…

I don’t know, i don’t have the -E version

My modem info is
