None can sell Internet as is. Anywhere.
That’s the part in the Quick Guide that troubles me as well …
"In the following countries this device cannot be used in Fixed Point-to-Point applications: " whatever that means. I don’t understand.
In Germany eg it was not allowed to mount 60 Ghz devices as P2P for a fixed

Yes. And If I understand It would be allowed to use 60 GHz PTMP in Germany but only to moving cpes. So no fixed installations / only hotspot usage. So terragraph is no allowed option at the moment. Following the wifi6-E discussion it looks like it would not help for wisp usage either. To many limitations. Additional 3,5GHz is taken away from wisp usage. So we have a spectrum mess as we have no lobby while the big carriers take it all.
Terragraph is a great concept and would be an option to compete with fiber installations. But vendors like MT/Facebook has to do some lobby work in the EU to make this possible.
The answers in this topic will change depending on the specific product. There are different limitations for smaller and for bigger gain devices. I can clarify specific limitations if you tell me exactly which product you plan to use.

The Annex3 has been changed from CEPT last summer and the CE has armonized the rules all over the europe, here the new decision https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/dec_impl/2019/1345/oj that is mandatory, every countries in europe MUST use it since 1.1.2020
Now we have new rules in europe for SRD from 57 to 71 Ghz free spectrum (outdoor use allowed for c3 and outdoor use not fordidden for c2 ),
My question is not if is 60 ghz usable, now is it, I want to know, due to those new rules, in wich countries is possibile to sell internet service (pubblic use) over 60 GHz band?
These short range usage is often additional to other usage as due it’s restrictions it does not harm. So this is nothing to look at for wisp usage.
The Annex3 has been changed last summer so now we have 3 subbands from 57 to 71 GHz
C1 indoor use only
C2 not specified so I think we can use it for low gain antenna for outdoor PtMP
C3 outdoor use only antenna gain >30 PtP

No, but bear in mind, that older boxes have older certification info. Newer ones no longer have that information. Our certification department is up to speed on these things, but we can’t change the already shipped packaging.

In Spain it wasn’t authorized for fixed installations but the situation changed on 13th July 2020.
