60G PtP - nRay vs. Cube 60ProAC

Hi!

I need a new PtP setup for about 600m distance, that ist reliable on bad rain conditions or some wet snow.

In the past, I was using Wireless Wire Dish LHGG60 with success, but I do not like the open layout.

Did you ever compare to Cube 60Pro ac and/or nRay?

Cube 60Pro seems to have a smaller antenna, but I did not find a real comparison to nRay.

Thank you for your thoughts

The Cube has the backup 5GHz connection.

The 60 GHz connection is reportedly more affected by rain (or fog):

On the other hand there have been reports of Cubes not being perfectly waterproof:

From what I have read around (not any direct experience with any of them) I would go for the Cube, personally, but I would seriously think about finding some way to add some additional sealing on the outside or - if possible in the specific installation - to “protect” it from rain (and the idea - even if it will evidently void the warranty - to drill one or two drain holes doesn’t sound that bad to me).
