64-characters WiFi key: unicast key exchange timeout

Hi All,

I just purchased an RB2011UAS-2HnD-IN. This is my first Mikrotik product, so I may be doing something wrong… While setting up WiFi, I faced an issue with WiFi key. Whenever I set up a 64-character PSK, clients cannot connect to the AP (I get a “unicast key exchange timeout” error in the router log). When I reduce the key to 63 characters, clients can connect without an issue.

Is this a bug or a misconfiguration somewhere?

Using RouterOS 5.22. The security profile is configured to use WPA2 PSK with aes ccm. Most other settings are at their default values…

The 64-character key used to work fine on a D-Link access point I had earlier. That’s the main reason for me to configure it on the new router too, to avoid reconfiguration of the wireless clients.
