Recently installed this version of router on VM(una)Ware and realized there is no ntp on the list so
after downloading the package from here for this version, no trace of “ntp.npk”
anyone any soluion? how can I provide it?
Ntp is fully integrated in base package in v7 …

in setting>package I cant find ntp, so it has to be like this? or something still wrong?
Package list only contains packages that can be installed separately. In v6 those were numerous, in v7 everything is integrated. So far there are only a few packages that need to be installed extra and if one of those is installed, it’ll appear on the list you mentioned. In download section of mikrotik web page you can select Main package and Extra packages, the later being a ZIP archive containing all add-ons available for given architecture and version.
