Below 7.18

7.18b

If you just wrote "hello" it was the same thing.

routeros x86_64 running on proxmox.

Same issue switch interfaces statistics, not show tx or rx.

Show your SNMP configuration!

/snmp/export

From Server?

7.20.5 still broken

Works fine here on several different versions…

This version is currently in production here: 7.19.6. Any version above 7.20 will cause some hosts to not return uptime data, and some interfaces will only return either tx or rx.

7.19.6, uptime ok.

7.20.5, same host

You will have to send supout.rif files in the support portal. It is probably specific to your configuration or device.

It's strange that only in version 7.20+, no configuration or hardware changes are made.

It’s also strange that you observe a problem while it works OK for me.

We are not getting anywhere. Submit your report to the support site.

I have similar error on 7.20.x and 7.21.x too with L009UiGS. No inteface RX-TX and other related infos, but all other like uptime is reachable (with Observium).

Same here. We updated our production Dude server to 7.20.8 long term ,and random RX-TX interfaces were showing zero traffic. Reboot the monitored device, and it will start displaying again…… for a while. An SNMP walk using the Dude tool shows any problem counters returning a zero value. Since we don’t have time for this, we rolled back to 7.19.6……. It just works. I did not observe this with a cursory check of the 64 bit interface counters, but then the diff64 function has never worked in all the years I’ve been using the Dude, so I can’t make use of those counters.

I also ran into this problem, returned to version 7.19.6, and the SNMP speed statistics on the connections between the switches worked correctly.
It doesn't work normally on versions 7.21.4 and 7.23.1 - it outputs 0 instead of the speed.
