I starting to use MT for new installations, and have a project which may be ideally suited.
The customer already has wired access points around their building to provide free wifi, but no captive portal.
I was thinking that I can use a 750G running the hotspot service, feeding a switch which in turn will serve the 12 access points around the complex. Would a 750G be capable of supporting around 100 concurrent users using the built in hotspot service AND doing load balancing as well ( or should i use a seperate 750g for load balancing)?
Also, if i run the wired access points on different channels, would we be able to support a basic roaming as clients move around the complex?
lastly, i’ve read that some MT’s have a hardware watchdog - does the 750G?
