750Gr3 goes dead after removing packages

This has happened with two routers I have purchased this month.

The router came with 6.36.1 and I upgraded it to 6.38.5 which is the current version and uploaded dude.npk for this specific version. I upgraded by uploading specific packages to the router, not the routeros file. The packages I uploaded were

system
security
advanced-tools
dhcp
dude

I rebooted the router and it went completely dead. No startup beep, nothing. This is the second router I have faced this with and don’t see anyone else facing a similar issue yet. Could you tell me what I seem to be doing wrong?

As last resort you can use Netinstall.

Netinstall is always working

This is not the proper way to do updates.
When you don’t want to go into detail, just cliock “check for updates” and when there is
an update click “download and install”. It will automatically install the correct packages.
