Hello to all.

I dont know if is problem but if anyone knows tell me.

I Mount an HDD of western digital 500GB .

I Run it over samba and transfer a file over network but the speed is 1.4mb /sec with both 100mbit and 1gbit port .

It’s because of cpu speed limitation of the router itself.

but cpu load is at 30% not at 100% :confused:

I was getting ca. 5mb/s when I used to copy mp3 files from a sandisk pendrive and cpu was 100%. I wouldn’t expect much, but I’d say transfer speed will vary depending on packet size or disk type, etc.
