802.11 WDS and RX rate can't be more than 1mbps

Hi, I set up a WDS configuration, there is one tplink AP with DDWRT that is the main AP and a rb951 that is the wds repeater. The wds is working good but the rx rate of rb 951 is always at 1mbps, I also tried to change a lot of settings and also to force a upper rate but nothing changed.

The best solution is:
Always use appliances of the same brand.
This for a good communication between the devices.
