802.11n - What is involved

I want to install a 802.11n access point in my town for testing. What do I need for a test setup. I have two unused omnis at the top of the elevator. I can setup the ap side. What do I need at the client side? Does each antenna use 20 or 40 mhz of bandwidth? Or does both antennas use 20 or 40 mhz of bandwidth? Thanks in advance.

Both antennas use the same 20MHz channel. There is also a 40MHz mode assuming there is no other bandwidth usage in the area.
