802.16 and WiMAX with MikroTik

So far, I haven’t seen any reference to any wireless standard other than 802.11a/b/g on this forum, or in the mailing list as was.

Can one currently use any 802.16 cards with MikroTik? Which ones?

Is support for WiMAX planned? When?

There has been a post on WiMax and John Tully explained that it is planned, but not yet.

However I was not aware of any 802.16 cards existing yet - if anyone has seen them, please let us all know -
