Dear Sir,

Can any one tell me if Mikrotik support frequency 865-867 which newly opened for India?

3MHz bandwidth only? Too few for WiFi.

This band is normally used for LoRa (very low rate communication for low-power “IoT” devices).
It is not a market in which MikroTik is currently active.
Maybe it will come? As a module for RouterBoards for example.

According to information in internet, 865-867 Mhz band in India is not for wireless networks, it is for RFID tags. So, you should look for other kind of devices, not routers and APs
