951G-2HnD Wireless Speed problem (<5 Mbps)

Hello!
We have 951G-2HnD routerboard with OS 6.32.1. We have problem with Wifi speed, we can’t get it higer than 5 Mbps. Where cloud be the problem? We have tried many settings from many posts like:
http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/problem-with-wireless-n-speed/51282/1
http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php/553691-Mikrotik-RB751-Wifi-problems
http://serverfault.com/questions/696019/mikrotik-rb951g-2hnd-wi-fi-drops-or-hangs-connections

But nothing help.
Our settings:
MTU 1500
Band 2GHz-B/G/N
Channel 20/40MHZ eC
Tx and Rx chains: chain0 and chan1
Frequency Mode manual-txpower
Frequency auto

Distance? Receiver signal?

How much TX power?

Run a spectral scan (/interface wireless spectral-history 0 range 2412-2472

Maybe you have strong interference, and 40MHz channel doesn’t help…

Try:

Channel 20 Mhz only !
DIstance: Indoors

and see the difference.

TX Power Mode is set to default.
The most clean frequency is 2422, this value is the best.

We set Channel to 20 MHz only and distance: indoors, but nothing better, the same max about 5 mbps.

What is your wireless client and what test you use to get measure only 5mbps?
Are you using Wireless encryption? If yes, is it AES or TKIP?

Have you tried to set manual tx power to about 20dbm?

Regareds

Try to restart to default configuration, and see if problem persist..

I use Netinstall, NAND repair and reset all settings, also - system package enable wireless-cm2. Now speed is about 100Mbps and router are much stable. Continue monitoring.
