9HPN Non-overlapping channel issues

I have a tower where I have installed 4 60 degree panels with 9HPN radios. The issue I am experiencing is if I turn on more than two, regardless of channel, the throughput drops to nothing on all the radios. It does this regardless of CPE signal strength (try to keep customers at -65 at worst)

I am running NV2.

Is there a better protocol or other setting I can adjust to use all four available channels?

Running 10mhz channel width. Antennas are offset 90 degrees each and have at least 8-10’ of vertical and horizontal separation which is the most I can get at this tower.

Make spectral scan to check the interference. Even with narrow band the radio makes the noise far around the narrow band. If it is your case, put grounded metal sheet plates between radios with antennas to attenuate the interference between the radios. Also make as big as possible spaces between used channels.
