i want to know how to make any mac beginning with a specific syllable to be bypassed
like that
any mac begin with 00:13:8f be automatically by passed in the ip binding
any idea please???

I don’t think you can.
Make script which will pass through /ip dhcp-server leases every (i.e.) 30 seconds and find all MAC’s beginning with what you want and then generate /ip hotspot ip-binding for the ones which are not alredy there.
But, I would say it is bad idea to bypass like this, it’s probably better to use PPPoE for these clients and keep hotspot for the rest.
