a question (when we have two radio)

hi , I want use a RB411AH with 2 radio. but now I only need a radio and I want to shut down another until I use it. now first when a radio is disable , is it off or on? use energy?
two , if it is on, how can I off it on winbox?

When radio is disabled consumption falls to zero or near zero. I made test with powermeter.

For R52-350 when it’s disabled it’s take 0,25W
