how simply can i configure a routerboard 433 with no wireless needed to be act like a simple router ADSL WAN on eth1 and Lan for eth2 and eth3 , so i can add rules for bandwidth + close some ports like 80 if i need my users only use msn , and how to do content or url filters. can i create groups?

Don’t buy a wireless mini-pci card for the RB433 and you won’t have a wireless interface to configure.

You will plug the DSL modem from the ISP into ether1 (if you are using PoE then you will pass through the injector). Then you will want to read about PPP Interfaces in the MikroTik doc:

The PPP Client section is what you will need to configure to allow your RB433 to make a PPPoE connection with your ISP through your DSL modem.
