ABB Tropos Mesh and MikroTik

I have a mesh network installed using ABB/Tropos 6420 and 1410 routers. I use MikroTik as clients connected to the WiFi mesh at both 2.4 and 5Ghz. The problem I am having is whether the Groove/Metal is DHCP or static, it fails to reconnect to the mesh after a mesh outage. I can see the client is connected, the MT shows connected to ESS, but in the Tropos router it is either not showing as a client at all or it shows with the correct MAC but no IP address associated to the MAC. I have other OEM clients connected to this mesh and they recover just fine. ABB/Tropos support is telling me that the clients that are not coming back on line are not responding to the gratuitous ARP’s that the Tropos is sending approximately every 10 seconds.
Do the MikroTik routers support grat-ARP requests? Is there something I am overlooking in configuration? I have the MikroTik clients configured as a pseudobridge and most all other settings are default.

In the attachment, the top line is a USR WiFi-serial client. It reconnects every time the mesh restarts whether it is a DHCP or static IP.
The second line is a MikroTik Groove with DHCP. It is logging onto the WiFi mesh but because (per ABB) it is not processing grat-ARP messages, it fails to register it’s IP address.

Any suggestions? I have tried every combination of MikroTik and Tropos configurations I can think of with no success. But I am not an expert so hoipefully I am just missing something simple.

Thanks.
