In my MT router I have strange prbolem - CPU usage is about 90-100% all time (except 3-7 minutes after rebooting router).
Run trought telnet and looking for CPU usage - the same as via Winbox.

I found were was the problem - HHD was damaged. So, when I changed
HDD, all goes fine.
In additional, disk check must be upgradet - any information about how much of disk is cheked is no displayed. I has HDD with 120 GB volume, so
if 1 GB checking tooks about 1 minute, it must be complited aprox. 120 minutes. I waited about 7 hours. Is no way to interupt this process, only reinstall router software. Possibility to break disk checking also is necessary…
