My problem or question is the next:
I use my box with MK to make traffic shaper to the systems of IDC.
My clients bill by a bandwith, and i have to guarantee it.
Now i use simple queue and limit the bandwith, but it´s not the more effective.
I read the MK manual to leran more about it, but i have a lot of questions to resolve.
The clients are about 300, and i different it by public IP.
If someone could help me…

We would need more information,
please copy the simple queue you have set up for one customer.
If you want to guarantee bw on each client add a simple queue like this:
add name="Example" target-addresses=200.41.100.1 dst-address=0.0.0.0/0 interface=all parent=none direction=both priority=8 queue=default/default limit-at=128000/128000 max-limit=256000/256000 total-queue=default
This is for 2.9.X, this example gives ip 200.41.100.1 128K/128k Minimun Bandwidth and 256K/256K Maximun Bandwidth
