I have just purchased a Routerboard 150, and have managed to access it through winbox by using the mac address.
Now, I know what I want to do, but don’t have a clue how to do it.
My network is as follows:
Wireless Router —> ADSL Router → LAN with Proxy (3128) & Email server (110 & 25) 10.0.0.254
What I want to do is:
Wireless Router → FIREWALL —> ADSL Router → LAN with Proxy (3128) & Email server (110 & 25) 10.0.0.254
I want to stop all traffic, except internet & email for the wireless users. All the wireless users internet traffic must go through the proxy server to save bandwidth. Most of the wireless users have POP accounts on the local mail server, but some also download from external mail servers.
I am hoping to stop access for the wireless users to all file sharing, P2P etc.
Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction.
Please keep in mind that I have not done this before and need to do this in BABY STEPS!
