Everybody is coming out with AC WAVE2 equipment, just wondering if MT is releasing this 2017Q1 as well…
especially keeping 802.3af/at support (even for HAP AC2 Lite) so we can use decent switches for powering them up

Are mikrotik planning to include support for multigigabit 2,5/5Gbps for ethernet ports?
2.5Gbit/s ports are not needed and make the access point needless expensive. I vote for a “WAP AC2”, update the ASIC, keep the rest of the design.
but if we have AC2 will reach more than 1 Gbps. Do you think two Gb ports with bonding will be enough?
