Accaunt Problem

I have big problem with mikrotik website…
I created two accaunt and i got message every time when i try to login "
Incorrect username!" . When i wrote my e-mail address in field and click to
“send e-mail” i got message from support@mikrotik.com with all my user names
and again i go to http://www.mikrotik.com and try again to login and again same message
“Incorrect username!” . I allready wrote to support@mikrotik.com and no answer.

Can someone help me ?

do your login name contain uppercase letter(s)? try all lowercase

my accaunt is:andjelok , when i try to login i got message “Incorrect username!” . When i try to register new accaunt and put Login Name “andjelok” I got message “Login Name ‘andjelok’ already exist!” … I still waiting for answer from support@mikrotik.com , can someone else help me ?

i have the same problem with no support.
