Access deice behind second MIkrotik router

Hello,

I have two mikrotik routers in office. The main router has dchp with 192.168.0.0/24
The second on if for clients and does dhcp with 192.168.2.0/24
On the second router I have a firewall rule that drops all traffic from 192.168.2.0/24 to 192.168.0.0/24

Now I need to add a device to the second routers eth2 port that has 192.168.0.x address.
Is there a rule that I can make if im behind the main router i could access the device behind the second routers eth2 port?

Is the first Mikortik attached to the internet (and routing) and the second Mikrotik a switch or also routing?
Diagrams would be helpful.

I would recommend only haveing one unit do the routing and separate networks(subnets) by vlans and then using FW rules to allow traffic permitted.
