Access devices behind MT router

So with you all’s help, I’ve managed to get a couple routers in place on my network and they are working well. My problem now is that I’m not able to access devices behind the routers. I have a router at a WISP site. WAN is eth1, LAN eth2&3. DHCP on LAN to customer routers. AP is ubnt in bridge mode, cpe in bridge mode. The access point is on the LAN side, and I’m not able to access it, or the customers now. I know there’s a way to do this, and I’ve searched for it, but without knowing what it’s called it makes it hard. So how do you access things behind the router?

Port forwarding, tunnelling or vlanning. Maybe you can avoid nat inside your network and route directly…

You can also access your devices with winbox by enabling ROMON on the MT devices.
