Access devices with different default gateways with L2TP

Hi Everyone.

I need help please - been a long time Mikrotik fan and semi professional user but this one is breaking my mind.

I have a vpn running from my house to our data center. from there on it routes the traffic to our office via another l2tp that goes from our office to the data center - there are two Mikrotiks running at the office with different external IP’s and different l2tp tunnels.

The one l2tp runs to the “technical” router with an IP of 192.168.2.10
The other goes to the dev router with an IP of 192.168.2.1.

If i route the traffic at the data center via the tech l2tp i can only access devices with a default gateway of 192.168.2.10
And then vice versa for the dev l2tp.

How can i make the whole /24 accessible irregardless of the default gateway on the device.

I can ping all the devices but can’t connect to the devices using a variety of ports such as 8000 or 980 or 80 or 443.
