Access mac address mikrotik in winbox via routing protocol

Excuse temperatures want to ask,
I want to access the proxy with winbox (access with mac-address) through routing protocols. more or less like it was drawn for example I want to access the router 2 of laptops, mac and ip address has been read dei winbox, when I access with IP successfully, why is fitted with mac adress failed. please solution. thank you

  • Firewall on the laptop is already off and can access mikrotik 1 with mac address

Check router 2 IP > Services Winbox Port, and IP > Neighbor Discovery interfaces.

Try disabling Router 1 firewall to see if it makes a difference.
