Access problems in the network

Hello,

for the moment I would like to say “The Dude” is one of the best programs which I have ever been worked with.

But unfortunately, I cannot use it in the office. If I instal “The Dude” and start it I always get a small tip of our
systemhouse from which we should please omit, to spam her mailentrance.

As soon as “the Dude” accesses the network, our APC server every few minutes announces:
System: Detected an unauthorized user attempting to access the Web interface from 192…

What is of course the address of my PC in which I have begun “The Dude”.
I have already tried to lock out the server with the Blacklist, has not functioned.

Please, help me!

This is definitely a problem with your security system, as Dude uses standard port 80 access to check if the webpage works. It also uses Ping and SNMP query. Those have to be allowed from the Dude machine.

hi normis,

thanks for your answer. But can you tell me how to be allowed.
I don’t know what I have to do!

thanks
