Access remove LAN connected via IPsec tunnel via dial in PPTP VPN

Hi,

We have created a new connection via an IPsec tunnel to a remote LAN which is working fine. What we need to do next is allow users that have a remove dial in connection ( currently PPTP but looking to change to IPsec ) to access devices on the LAN at the end of the IPsec tunnel.

I presume we are going to need some kind of firewall rule that allows traffic to pass from the dial in connection ( IP POOL of 192.168.10.0/24 ) through to the new LAN at the end of the IPsec tunnel ( 10.8.3.0/24 ).

I have tried a couple of rules which i though shoudl work but apparently not, can anyone give me any pointers please.

Need a Route in ip routes, so things know how to get to the other side.
