You can make a dst-nat forwarding to your router ip address and management port

???

Ok but how to do that did you have a step bye step guide to do that ? should we setup the firewall ?

For security reasons, you may want to set up a VPN first, like Wireguard or OpenVPN, before doing that.

Yes, there is no safe way to access your outer from the internet via " just connecting ". Your best bet is through a wireguard connection as its a relatively easy VPN to setup which is part of Router OS. If your MT device is not connected directly to the internet (and gets a public IP) but instead gets a private IP from an ISP modem/router or from an upstream router you have, then you will need to ensure that a. there is public IP somehwere in the mix ( at ISP modem/router ) or provided to your upstream router and b. that you can forward the specific VPN port to the Mikrotik device.
