Have 4.11 of UM installed but not seeing several of the features mentioned in 4.x
I am assuming I have the wrong version of rOS installed. What license level should I be using to utilize latest UM features?

RouterOS is correct, but the new user manager is only in v5 beta. There is also a test package for v4 in the user manager forum section here. http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/user-manager-v4-0-test-package/32132/1

I am missing a setting somewhere that allows UM to display the options for a user to sign up a new account or log in with an existing one.
If I use any URL to envoke this page like http://router_ip_address/user?subs=publicID (all variables included) I am taken to the main UM control login (https://router-ip/userman. I have also tried adding the link Sign-up! to the hotspot login html page however, it again re-directs me to https://router-ip/userman.
I am running v4.11 on an RB532A board with user-manager-4.11-mipsle.npk
Where might I be going astray?
