hello everyone
actually i have a mikrotik router and configure as a hotspot server , i plugged it to the modem and with ppoe client via mikrotik connecting to the internet.we have a valid ip that setting on when ppoe connected .
we have a web server behind the mikrotik and installing a web based software on it with ip 192.168.15.14 ,there is a website on internet that in the main page of it have a hyperlink to our web server such as this x.x.x.x/hotel when you click on it.
the question is customers from outside cannot open our web server via browsers after installing mikrotik, i set a dst-nat rule like valid ip in general tab goto 15.14 in action tab and the counter goes up but nothing happen ???
anyone have an idea ???

no nat rule
I mean did you create a rule in your filter rules. Nat is needed, but probably filter rule is also needed.
it solves dude , the problem was server doesn’t access to the internet
