Access web relay from outside

Hi everyone, I’m new here.
I am trying to access a web relay located in the LAN at work from a computer from home.

The WEB server is accessed from the LAN:
http://192.168.1.4/30000 (port80)

Can I access it from the outside if my public IP address is 88.90.88.90?

P.S. I managed to forward external port 3000 to public ip address 88.90.88.90 to lan address 192.168.1.4 on port 80. But the web server requires to access exactly like this 192.168.1.4/30000 I don’t know how to do this?

This does not make sense

http://192.168.1.4/30000 > (port80)

Do you run http on port 30000 on ip 192.168.1.4, it should be

http://192.168.1.4:30000

You write it as 30000 is a folder on the web server.

Do you like to reach the server on outside in port 30000?

http://88.xx.yy.zz:30000

or port 80?

http://88.xx.yy.zz:80 > → > http://88.xx.yy.zz

PS if this is your public IP 88.xx.yy.zz, you should not post it on any forum, and edit the post above and remove it.
