Accessing router with 2.9 version with PC in hotspot

Hello,
How can i access a Router with version 2.9 if my pc is connected through hotspot interface???

Is this funcionality not avalaible yet??

When i´m trying to make a telnet connection i get the following message:

HTTP/1.0 400 Bad Request
: close
Content-Length: 113
Date: Tue, 18 Jan 2005 19:44:02 GMT
Expires: Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 GMT

Error 400: Bad Request

\ \ Se ha perdido la conexión con el host.

How can i download mikrotiks winbox? Im connected to the hotspot interface, i`m logged in, but when i write the mikrotik´s ip direcction in my browser i get redirected to the hotspot status page. Can you help me?

goto firewall mangle and type the following, you would be allowed to telnet

add src-address=0.0.0.0/23 action=accept

or login to the hotspot via your browser first
