Accessing routers remotely from a different network

Hello guys! Networking noob here!

I have a CCR1036 (Great bit of kit) with 1 network (10.0.0.0/8) and 4 subnets (10.112.0.0/16, 10.111.0.0/16, 10.120.0.0/16 and 10.130.0.0/16). This network provides internet access to around 80 users, all of the users are connected via routers and the CCR1036 gives each router an IP address via DHCP.

Here’s the thing: because I’m the new network admin I didn’t took part into configuring the users routers. Currently the user’s router are only able to be remotely managed by this IP: 192.168.45.6. Is there a way to access the user’s routers while maintaining the current network (maybe via NATing or Port Forwarding?) Thanks for the advice!
