Account login at www.mikrotik.com

I am trying to log into my account at mikrotik to review purchases and keys etc.

It’s not letting me in and when I request to email password it does NOT send the password only the username and says…

If you do not remember the password, the system will offer you to generate a new one.

Am I missing something? Where is the password generation page for our account.
If anyone has an answer I’d love to hear it
