Accounting IP Traffic (User Manager with RADIUS)

Hi,
I’m installing my first hotspot wifi, and Telecommunications Commission requires me to collect my client public traffic, including the date, time and IP destination. I think I remember that User Manager with RADIUS Accounting can perform this task; a record which includes date, time and destination… But I still have not found something.

Does anyone know what I mean?

I forgot to say, also will register source client MAC address… How I do this in User Manager? User Manager old version have “Reports” (log) for each user with all information I’ll need. New version can not find anything similar…
