I am have a very odd problem that I think might be a bug.

We are using Hex lite as a RADIUS client, with Hotspot and RADIUS accounting enabled.
our Acct-Input-Octets and Acct-Output-Octets are not matching that data that was actually transferred. This however seems to occur with MT-Rate-Limit is set, without MT-Rate-Limit set the counts are perfect. I am traveling tomorrow for the clients site so any help would greatly appreciated.
I have already logged a ticket with support but have not received a response yet 3 days
