Can you show me a screenshot of your routing table, your ip address table and your interface table?
Thanks!
Before you will be able to access it, you need to bypass that ip.
/ip hotspot ip-binding
add address=192.168.168.23 type=bypassed
After that, it depends on the routing in the gateway router for the 192.168.101.x localnet.
Thank so much for your kind, i will try
here is please help to check
