Add an ability in mikrotik firewall

Hello mikrotik ,
I have an Idea for next version of mikrotik firewall rules .

Idea : Add check open port ability in mikrotik Extra table.

for example :
I add a filter rule on mikrotik firewall by 100 connection limit for tcp port .
mikrotik come and check this connection limit for all foreign IP.
Then on The foreign IP’s if SSH port (22) was open , Drop this IP .(IDEA)

Open where? How often would RouterOS check it? Also, how can you call something open, if you block access to it? Your request is not well thought out.

You can already build address lists for users that make many connections and block them.
