Add another route

Hi Guys,

How can I add another route separate from the existing network, curently my setup I do have dual isp using failover, and I have few user that I wanted to have a route to secondary ISP2. for internet used only.
Primary_Ether1_ISP1–>Ether3VLAN
Failover_Ether2_ISP2->Ether3VLAN

Using mangle for marking packets with specific source IP and marking the routes through gateway of ISP2.
